How do I make a booking?

Select your check in and check out dates on the calendar then fill in the form on the right the total price will also be shown

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

You will immediately receive a confirmation email with details of your booking no payment is required at the initial time of booking

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes we will send you details of how to pay the deposit this will be a bank transfer for 20% of the total price and required up to 15 days before the arrival date

How do I cancel the booking?

You can cancel the booking at anytime this is free up to 15 days before the arrival date just fill out the support form here and add your booking details you will receive confirmation of the cancellation.

What is included in the price?

All the facilities listed and local taxes are included in the apartment price.

Are meals included in the price?

Meals are not included in the price however there is a restaurant within the apartment complex that offers great food at discounted prices.

Can I check in later than the stated times?

This should not be a problem as there is a 24hr service desk please send us details here and add your booking details we will arrange the late check in.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can be arranged but this depends on availability at the time of your stay a request can be made here please add your booking details.
